Study, materials and strength
Every build goes through a mechanical, volumetric and structural study: fully loaded, for months, without deformation. And because production runs at our plant, you gain on cost, time and consistent quality.From brief to point of sale: the process, step by step — no surprises.
- Brief & goal: we listen to the product's needs, the sales channel (retail, pharmacy, HoReCa, supermarket) and the campaign's lifespan.
- Strength study: mechanical, volumetric and structural study for the real load of your products.
- Photorealistic 3D: faithful 3D visualisation with the graphics and materials, for a complete picture before cutting.
- Physical sample (real mock-up): a real sample for final approval, capacity check and durability test before the production run.
- 3D-printed parts: when the clip, base or connector the build needs does not exist on the market, we print it on our own 3D printers the same day and test it on the prototype.
- In-plant production: direct UV printing, cutting (Zünd / CNC / laser) and assembly at our vertically integrated plant in Spata.
- Delivery & logistics: flat-pack packaging with detailed instructions, or delivery of fully assembled stands, depending on your distribution network.

Materials: cardboard, metal, wood and plexiglass stands
The material sets the stand's lifespan, cost and feel. We make all four at our plant in Spata.
- Metal stands: steel or aluminium structure, powder-coated in the RAL colour of your choice and a structural study for the real product load. For long-term placement in stores and exhibition spaces — they last years, not weeks.
- Wooden stands: MDF, plywood or solid wood, with CNC cutting, laser engraving and a painted or oiled finish. They give a premium feel and suit brands that communicate quality and authenticity.
- Cardboard stands (floor and counter): built from E-Board and corrugated board, with direct digital printing, cutting on the Kongsberg and flat shipping for on-site assembly. The most economical solution per piece for promotions with a set duration.
- Plexiglass stands: laser cutting, heat bending and bonding at our plant, with the option of printing the logo directly on the material. The choice when the product should be seen, not the stand.
Production from 1 piece — price depends on material, dimensions and quantity.
Stand types by location: floor, counter, literature, menu
The position in the store dictates the form. We design the stand around the spot where it will stand.
- Floor stands: placed on the store floor and carrying a large product volume. The classic solution for the supermarket aisle and the store entrance.
- Counter stands: for the checkout counter and the area next to the payment point — where impulse purchases are decided. In their lightest form they are called table tents or table tents: printed cardboard, Forex or plexiglass in an L or triangle shape, standing on its own on the counter or table.
- Literature & leaflet stands: holders and stands for leaflets, catalogues and printed material, in floor and counter versions.
- Exhibition stands: builds for trade-show stands, with emphasis on quick assembly and transport.
- Menu & price-list stands: menu holders for restaurants, cafés and hotels, in plexiglass, metal or wood.
FAQ
What is the minimum quantity?
We start from 1 piece.
We cover every production stage, from a single approval sample to runs of hundreds or thousands of units for nationwide store networks. For large runs we first build and approve the real prototype, ensuring the production line runs with full precision, structural adequacy and zero failures.
How long from brief to delivery?
- Photorealistic 3D & structural study: 2 to 4 working days from receipt of the complete brief.
- Physical prototype (real mock-up): 1 to 2 working days after approval of the 3D design.
- Production run: 3 to 10 working days from final approval of the prototype, depending on quantity, materials and complexity.
Working to a hard milestone? If it is a launch, an exhibition or a promotion across a store network, tell us the date in the first conversation. We will tell you plainly whether the schedule is feasible and adapt production so you are 100% on time.
How much weight can a stand take?
As much as your product needs — that is exactly what the structural and volumetric study before every production calculates. The stand is designed to stand fully loaded, for months, without deformation.
Are they delivered assembled?
It depends on the type of build and your requirements.
Permanent and complex builds (wood, metal) are delivered ready-assembled from our plant. Cardboard and lightweight builds ship flat-pack to save space and transport cost, and set up easily at the point of sale thanks to the detailed instructions that accompany them.
Do you make menu holders and menu stands for restaurants?
Yes. We make menu stands and holders for restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels — table, floor and wall-mounted, in plexiglass, metal or wood. We also print the menu itself, so the print and the holder come from one place.
Do you make stands for small retail products?
Yes. We design custom stands for every type of product — fridge magnets, postcards, cosmetics, small items — in metal, wood, cardboard or plexiglass, with dimensions and positions tailored to your product. We start from 1 piece.
Which material should I choose for my stand?
It depends on duration and location. For a campaign of a few weeks, cardboard. For permanent placement in a store, metal. For premium aesthetics, wood. When the product should be seen and not the stand, plexiglass. Tell us what you want to achieve and we will propose.
What are table tents?
The lightweight counter stands — printed cardboard, Forex or plexiglass in an L or triangle shape, standing on its own on the counter or table. Also known as table tents. We make them with direct digital printing and cutting on the Kongsberg, from 1 piece — and in runs of thousands for nationwide store networks.
